The www.idea-fos.gr is the online store for the exhibition and distribution of products through the Internet of the Greek company “Idea & Light“, which is based in Stylida, Prefecture of Fthiotida, Greece and is legally represented.

The following terms and conditions will apply to the use of the online store with the trademark idea-fos.gr, which can be found at the e-mail address www.idea-fos.gr. Any user who enters and trades or makes use of the services of the e-shop is considered to consent and unreservedly accepts the following terms that are formulated here, without any exception. If a user does not agree with these terms, then he/she must, under his/her responsibility, refrain from visiting, using the website as well as from any transaction or use of the services of the online store.

The COMPANY reserves the right to unilaterally modify or renew these terms and conditions of transactions made through its online store www.idea-fos.gr. The COMPANY undertakes to inform users of any modifications as well as of any change, through the website of this e-shop. It is clarified that the change of terms does not occupy orders that you have already placed.

The visitor of our online store can find products related to optical items. To facilitate your search, we have divided our products into 8 main categories, with each category having a subcategory tree.

Our goal is to reach the final product with 3 clicks. In case you are looking for something specific, use the search, which will lead you directly to your specific choice.

You can place your order either as a member, if you are already registered, or as a guest, stating your details at the end of the order.

The COMPANY makes every effort to provide high quality services. However, cases of errors in prices and by-products can not be ruled out and it can not be guaranteed that there will be no downtime of the website or “human” errors when updating / indicating the price of a product. For the safety and effectiveness of your purchases, if you find that a product is offered at an unusually low or high price in relation to its market value, before proceeding with its order, contact us via the e-mail form of the website.

Order Processing – Price Policy:
Orders are accepted and shipments are made only within Greece. Orders are processed during the opening hours of our stores except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

The listed prices of the products are the final ones (ie VAT is included). The online store of the COMPANY reserves the right to change prices without prior notice to the customer. The customer always pays at the time of receipt of the goods, the price which was listed in the relevant price lists for this product at the time of order. The COMPANY does not bear any responsibility and does not cover differences in prices of products purchased from its physical store and the customer found afterwards the existence of a lower price in its online store or vice versa. Prices and products that constitute an offer for a limited period of time are valid until stocks are exhausted or until the deadline for the offer. Strict order of time will be strictly observed for their execution.

Order Confirmation:
After registering your order you will receive an automated e-mail which will state the details of your order. After the processing of the order by the electronic shopping department of the COMPANY and provided that there is no problem with your order and the products are all available at the specified times you will receive the second and confirmation e-mail with the products that will be sent to you. From this point the contract between us is concluded. With the delivery of your order to the courier company you will receive a third e-mail with its tracking number. Otherwise, if a product is not available for shipment, you will be informed by phone by our specialized partner.

There is no way to deactivate these updates, the sending of which is a prerequisite for the proper progress of your order. We invite you to ensure that these emails can reach you and that you keep them throughout our transaction. It is your obligation, in case you do not receive the relevant e-mails, in accordance with the general terms governing our transactions, to inform us without delay. Your products are delivered as soon as possible and in any time not exceeding thirty days from the conclusion of the contract.
You can also follow the entire history of previous orders, as well as the progress of each order through the “Your orders” section. The basic condition is that you have created a member account in our online store. Your order, before it reaches you, will go through the following steps:
Pending order: When your order has been received and successfully registered in our system. You will receive a relevant automated e-mail upon completion of your order. Order processing: When your order has been received by a partner of our company, who checks it for correctness. At this stage, the process of collecting the products you have ordered in our warehouse begins and then packing them for shipment.

At this stage we will inform you by phone ONLY if there are problems with the products you have ordered.

Delivery of order to the carrier: The products of the order have been collected and have been sent for shipment to the address you have stated to us. You are notified, via e-mail, of the Shipping Number (voucher) of the transport company that has undertaken the delivery of your package, so that you can follow its progress.

Ready to receive from the store: This message, which will be sent to you by e-mail, confirms that your order has been received from the store of your choice, if you have selected the option to receive the order from our COMPANY store. The products are waiting for you to receive from it for up to 3 days in total.

Product Availability:
The availability of the products in our online store is indicative, since the update is done at regular intervals and not in real time. In case there is a pending issue in your order, then a corresponding e-mail will be sent to you or alternatively we will contact you, within a reasonable time from the placement of the order, on the phones you have given us during the registration or registration of the order in our site, so that we can inform you about their possible delivery time. In this case, you have the option, if you consider that this period of time does not satisfy you, to request the withdrawal of the order of the product in question. Your other order can be executed normally, based on the availability times specified in each product.

Order Receipt:
The delivery of the product is done only to the buyer and the presentation to the courier or the employee of the store is required, in case of choosing to receive the order from Idea & Fos store, the original identity card or passport of the person requesting the order and the registration of his personal data. After the signature – acceptance of the customer-recipient of the relevant Delivery Note, it will not be possible to identify any disputes concerning the delivery.

8. Right of Withdrawal For Distance Shopping
Our COMPANY , by supporting e-Commerce, enables you, through the completeness of the descriptions it posts on its pages, to enjoy the privilege of direct contact with the products it has from your computer screen quickly and easily. Wanting to highlight the benefits of using the internet in our daily markets, we list the terms and conditions for the return of defective or non-defective products, which you can see in detail in the section “Product Returns”.

9. Order Cancellation
Without limitation of the Withdrawal provisions of the section “Product Returns”, the cancellation of the order can be done in the following cases:

If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped you can call (+30) 22380 24802 and one of our partners will undertake the cancellation of your order.

After receiving the product, call us at (+30) 22380 24802 or contact us through the e-mail form of the website, explaining the reason you wish to cancel the order. One of our partners will serve you immediately and will inform you about all your options. However, the status of the order will not change on your account page.

11. Order Delay
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

The product has been delayed by our supplier: In order to be able to offer you very competitive prices, we order our products from a very wide range of domestic suppliers. However, there are cases where one of our orders may “stick” to its transport, with the result that we do not have the product you are interested in in our warehouses when we calculate. In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you want us to deliver your order without this product or to suggest you an alternative. We will send this item to you immediately upon receipt in our warehouses.

The product you ordered has already been removed and is not available: Among the thousands of products we display in our online store there are rare cases where their supplier suddenly and unannounced announces that he is removing them. In this case, an employee of our company will contact you directly to give you all the alternatives.

In any case of force majeure: Our company is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of ordered products, which are not due to its fault or constitute force majeure events, such as road network problems, severe weather phenomena, strikes, etc.

In case it is impossible to communicate with you: This happens when there is no telephone and / or e-mail communication with you (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to payment of) because eg your details you have entered are not properly updated. In any case, the delay does not exceed thirty days from the conclusion of the contract.
