Order online from our website
The process of ordering products from our website is simple and fast. The steps you need to follow are the following:
Add the products you are interested in to the cart.
- Once you add a product to the cart, then you have the option to either continue adding other products to it, or complete your order.
- When completing the order, you will be prompted to enter your username and password if you are a registered user, otherwise you will be prompted to create a new account at that time.
- When creating an account, enter all the necessary information, such as name, address, phone number and so on.
- Finally, select the completion of the order where a confirmation email will reach the email account you gave us.
Telephone Order
You can place your order by phone at + 30 22380 24802 working days Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 08.00 – 14.30 & 17:00 – 21:00 and Wednesday & Saturday 08.00 – 14.30. A necessary condition in the telephone order is to request the products you want with the special code that is written on each product on our site.
Order Confirmation
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email, which will detail all the details of your order. Please note the order number in case you need to contact us.
